Jignesh Miyani is a 25 plus years experienced strategic visionary driving digital transformation leveraging technology, data and analytics. He has been successful in hybrid, customer facing roles in Federal, State and Local, Health Care and Finance, aligning customer objectives using key technology differentiators focused on business outcomes. Some of the largest customers he has worked with include CMS, NIH, CDC, FDA, VA, OIG, DOJ, civilian and commercial clients and States. Jignesh has been a trusted advisor to these agencies creating business impacts, utilizing technology as enablers and driving innovation.

Data and Analytics is his passion. Jignesh brings a unique perspective to his new and existing customers looking at their challenges from a customer lens, providing strategic vision and talking data and AI in their language resulting in successful outcomes. He strongly believes that the core behind any digital transformation is leveraging data and and analytics using the right technology as as an enabler driving the right business outcomes with the customer’s need always in mind. It’s always about what they want rather than what we think the customer would like.

Olga Lasco

Chief Operations Officer

Olga Lasco, Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for the overall operations of the company. Olga brings more than 20 years of experience to JOS Group. She is an international development accomplished professional with 15+ years of diversified management experience and program operations and consulting services, including support projects between the United States and other countries. Olga is a strong advocate for running efficient targeted, and cost-effective development programs that improve the lives of the people served. Prior to her role as COO for JOS Group LLC, Olga has served multiple roles as a Program Operations Manager for international projects related to data collection, cloud modernization and training and education initiatives for Department of State funded projects, supporting initiatives in Egypt, South Africa and Kenya.

Sharon Cheng

Chief Policy Analyst

Sharon Bee Cheng (MS, Policy Analysis) is a skilled health policy analyst with experience in a broad array of payment policy issues, including post-acute care and bundled payment. She began her career in health policy for the State of Maryland. In 2000, she became an analyst at the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC). Over the next seven years at MedPAC, Sharon worked on a range of payment policies for acute and post-acute care, including bundles and value-based purchasing. She designed a pay- for-performance system for home health which became the basis for national policy.

Ms. Cheng joined a healthcare policy consulting firm in 2007. At Strategic Health Care (SHC), Sharon designed and conducted quantitative and qualitative research for health system clients. She and her team analyzed major CMS databases of cost reports, claims, and quality data, and built payment models to support her clients’ goals of maintaining access to care for Medicare beneficiaries and improving the quality of care. At SHC, she also began her work helping clients to develop proposals for emerging Medicare payment systems such as Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Community-based Care Transitions episodes, and Bundled Payment for Care Improvement.

Sharon left SHC to continue her work on ACOs, bundles, and other healthcare reforms. She helped an association of long-term acute care hospitals develop data and change national legislation on Medicare payment policy. She currently works on health information technology data analysis, quality measurement and improvement and chronic care projects.

Michael Jerabek is a distinguished leader with over two decades of successful government service. A strategic thinker and proven manager, he excels at building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving transformative initiatives. Passionate about empowering others and cultivating positive, innovative cultures, Michael has extensive experience overseeing the full lifecycle development, deployment, and sustainment of critical cyber and national security systems while ensuring stringent security compliance.

Recognized for his exceptional communication abilities and adept decision-making skills, Michael leverages strong interpersonal acumen to forge productive relationships across diverse groups. He is deeply committed to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusiveness within the organizations he has led.

Michael holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Cyber and Information Security, and Telecommunications Engineering Technology from Capitol Technology University. A decorated U.S. Army Veteran, he has received numerous accolades, including the NSA’s prestigious Dilke-Allen Team Award and multiple honors for outstanding performance and humanitarian service. A dynamic professional dedicated to operational excellence; Michael delivers impactful solutions that drive organizational success within every partnership he supports.

When he is not busy working, Michael enjoys spending time with his 2 children, reading, cooking, watching the Chicago Cubs, and exploring all the fun historic sites in and around Maryland.

Jennelle Bratcher

Jennelle Bratcher is a dedicated and goal-oriented Senior Leader with two decades of expertise in federal government health and human services. With extensive experience leading high-impact multimillion-dollar national government policy, administration, and healthcare projects, she brings invaluable insight to JOS Group. Jennelle’s knowledge spans Medicare and Medicaid regulatory oversight, program development and management, project leadership, and administrative operations. She takes pride in her analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities, consistently crafting and executing programs from the ground up to increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Known for her passionate advocacy and community outreach skills, Jennelle serves as a primary contact for government and healthcare officials, leveraging her expertise to improve public health and social justice initiatives. She is committed to empowering her teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, support, and mutual respect to inspire members to excel both personally and professionally. With a wealth of experience in business operations, administration, policy, and management, including roles as Program Director, Deputy Office Director, Section Chief and Senior Policy Analyst for the SSA, CMS, and DOL Jennelle brings a unique perspective to her work.

Jennelle holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education. She has managed high-profile projects where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and financial acumen. Jennelle has computer software proficiency in SPSS, SAS, and Microsoft Office. Her achievements have earned her notable federal government awards, including the SSA Commissioner Achievement Award for integrating third-party data into a national claims process to detect unreported assets, and an SSA Associate Commissioner Citation for her significant contributions to reducing backlogs and improving agency processes.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son traveling the world and gaining new cultural experiences. She also enjoys watching her favorite football team win (the Baltimore Ravens).
